Camille Hospitality Group was born out of years of hands-on experience in restaurants, bars, and hotels — and a deep frustration with consulting that looked good on paper but didn't translate to the real world.
We've been in the weeds. We've managed high-volume kitchens, led front-of-house teams through their busiest nights, opened new concepts from scratch, and helped struggling operations find their footing again. That experience is the foundation of everything we do.
We started Camille Hospitality Group because we knew there was a better way to support hospitality businesses — one that was collaborative, practical, and grounded in the reality of what it actually takes to run a great operation.
